Here are some of my favorite tools to make recipes from the Easy Keto Cookbook:
When you just can’t decide what to make fist, these tabs will become your new best friend. Use them to flag all the recipes you’re ready to make without adding bulk with bookmarks. You can even color code them!
Whether you ordered a digital or hard copy, you’ll need to reference your book somehow… and this little stand helps keep your book off the table so it stays free from grease and grime.
Use this pan for my totally sugar-free, gluten-free classic cheesecake (page 210) and fool your friends!
Turn veggies into noodles! Use this spiralizer for Almond Pesto Zucchini noodles (page 158) or Sausage Zoodle Soup (page 84). This one won’t slide around on your countertop, either.
Simple, but totally essential: Use this durable baking tray for chewy fathead bagels (page 189), caramelized onion meatballs (page 172) and bacon wrapped chicken thighs (page 125) in the cookbook!
Use this handy pan to make maple-bacon pancake muffins (page 45) or prosciutto baked eggs (page 52)! Use a mini version to make the salted pecan fat bombs on page 220.
Never eyeball a recipe again! This Measuring Cups & Spoons comes in handy for baking recipes, including Coffee Cake Zucchini Bread (page 203) and Blueberry Muffins (page 215).
You’ll want this slow cooker on-hand to make the creamy salsa chicken on page 126, or my hearty beef chili recipe on page 83… since it cooks low and slow, you’ll get super tender meat with almost no effort!
This 14-Cup Food Processor makes my Fathead Dough recipe come together FAST! It’s also helpful for making Hazelnut Ice Cream (page 224) and Loaded Cauliflower Mash (page 149).
Wholesome Yum Granulated Allulose
No erythritol, no problem — you can use the same amount of pure allulose to replace erythritol in any cookbook recipe, without any added net carbs. Try it in Maple Bacon Pancake Muffins (page 45) for a tender, cake-like consistency.
Wholesome Yum Powdered Allulose
This easy-blending sweetener is excellent in my Maple Pecan-Crusted Salmon (page 121)!
Besti Monk Fruit Sweetener With Allulose
This sweetener is too good to keep quiet. You won’t find it in the cookbook, but you can substitute it 1:1 whenever recipes call for a monk fruit and erythritol blend. Since it uses allulose, it has NO aftertaste and tastes just like sugar, without the side effects of sugar alcohols. It’s my new favorite sweetener, and Besti is the only brand that offers it! If you like crisper baked goods, you can swap it equally with my granulated monk fruit erythritol blend.
Besti Powdered Monk Fruit Sweetener With Allulose
Just like the crystallized version, this sweetener makes the silkiest sauces, smoothest desserts, and can’t-believe-it’s-keto desserts. Swap it 1:1 in my Double Berry Smoothie (page 33)! You can also swap it equally with my powdered monk fruit erythritol blend.
Wholesome Yum Foods Almond Flour
The only almond flour I’ll use… and I have used a lot of them! This one is finely milled from 100% California almonds, so your keto baked goods have the best taste and texture. Use it anywhere you would normally use almond flour for a fabulous nutty flavor.
Wholesome Yum Foods Coconut Flour
A little bit goes a long way! This super-absorbent flour is a nice choice for those with nut allergies, and makes mouthwatering pancakes, tortillas, pizza dough, and more. Plus, it has just 1 ingredient: Coconut!
Always keep this healthy fat on-hand — it’s delicious in Vanilla Toasted Coconut Chips (page 180), and makes a great dairy-free substitute for butter in recipes like Carrot Cake Muffins (page 228).
This Italian seasoning uses clean ingredients. It’s my go-to spice mix for garlic breadsticks (page 198) and Caprese Chicken Thighs (page 139).
This is a good keto pantry staple to keep on hand, since it helps emulsify and bind foods without any gluten. Use it for my sugar-free maple syrup recipe on page 247!
This is the ingredient that makes you sink your teeth into my chocolate peanut butter cup fudge (page 219)!
Don’t have time to make the homemade mayo on page 235? This mayo is the next best thing, since it swaps inflammatory vegetable oils with avocado oil. Use code WHOLESOMEYUM for 10% off this mayo!
This soy sauce swap adds deep flavor to Cauliflower Fried Rice (page 145) and Kung Pao Beef (page 140).
I source my chicken, beef, and bacon from ButcherBox for my recipes because of their grass-fed, free-range options. Use this link for $20 off AND a package of free bacon AND free shipping!
Wild Alaskan is my source for mouthwatering wild-caught fish year-round — perfect for Maple-Pecan Crusted Salmon (page 121) and Simple Lemon-Herb Whitefish (page 135)! Use this link to save $15 on your first box!
Use psyllium husk powder to make perfect 90-second bread (page 194) and Easy All-Purpose Bread (page 194)!
Not just for snacking… pork rinds make excellent breading for Crispy Orange Chicken (page 129)!
