Having trouble logging in to the Members Area and getting an error that says The password you entered is incorrect? OR have you forgotten your password and need to reset it? No problem, I’m here to help!
What this error message means:
This error means that you entered an incorrect password for your Wholesome Yum Members Area, but you do have a valid Members Area account.
No worries, let’s reset your password and get you on your way!
How To Fix This:
1. Go to the password reset page
Click on the Lost your password? link in the login page or click here to go the Password Reset page.
2. Enter your email address to get a password reset link sent to you
On the Password Reset page, type in your email address and click Get New Password. A password reset link will be emailed to you.
Please add to your email contacts and check your spam folder to make sure you get the password reset link.
If you find it in spam, drag it out.
3. What to do if it says “no user registered with that email address?”
If, after clicking Get New Password, you receive an error saying There is no user registered with that email address, like this:
Please make sure that you enter the email address that you originally used to sign up for my FREE email newsletter.
If you don’t remember what email address you used, no problem, you can sign up again for the Members Area by subscribing to my email newsletter here.
4. Check your email for the password reset link
Look in your email box for an email from or from Maya | Wholesome Yum with the subject of “Your Wholesome Yum password reset request”.
Open the email and click on the bottom password reset link.
5. Enter a new password
On the New Password page, type the new password that you’d like to use and click Reset Password. For better security, please make sure that your new password is at least 12 characters long.
YAY!! You’re done!
Your password has been changed and now you now can log in to the Members Area!
