Last Month’s Keto Cooking Challenge
Last month, we baked up classic keto chocolate chip cookies. With an almond flour base and melty chocolate chips, these low carb cookies bake up soft and chewy.
Readers this month loved the testing that went into this recipe, including Robin:
“I rarely write reviews, but I have to say how great this recipe is! I followed the recipe as recommended, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you for perfecting this recipe. They are delicious!”
Thank you for making my recipe part of your December baking!
My team and I tracked your chocolate chip cookie photo entries:

0I will definitely add this recipe to my rotation. Can do so much with chili. Can dress up with chili and then the next night have Chili dogs. A taco salad version with chili also. It was perfect for this cold weather. Thanks Maya. It was yum!!

0I made this last night and had it for lunch today. I love it! I have made several other Keto chili recipes over the past year and this is by far the best. It is now my go to recipe. Thank you for the great recipe.

0By coincidence I made the chili tonight. It was a little bit spicy for us but it was still yummy with my friends keto corn bread. I have a photo but it doesn’t let me upload it anywhere that I can see.

0I would love to participate in the challenge but I’m cooking for one. Portions are to large. I will try cutting in half using my Ninja Foodie. Thank you for all the great recipes.
