Free Printable: Low Carb & Keto Food List
Get It NowMay is already here and our next Keto Cooking Challenge has begun! I asked in our support group what kind of recipe you want to make most, and many of you said you wanted a quick dinner. So, here it is!
This month, we’ll make a Korean beef bowl. Often times, traditional Korean beef recipes are made with sugars and rice, so we will make a version that utilizes simple low carb swaps, you’ll love it!
It is a super flavorful dish, thanks to coconut aminos, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Did I mention it only takes 20 minutes to make? It is going to become one of your new favorites, I just know it.
In case you missed it, the Keto Cooking Challenge is here to get you used to cook low carb (and seeing how amazing it can taste!). Every month, you’ll get a chance to cook another delicious keto recipe.

0Hi Maya, I saw your email on the May Cooking Challenge today and realised that I had all the ingredients needed! It was so simple and delicious! You are such a genius. I used short plate beef slices instead of ground beef and it reminded me of the Japanese gyudon! I will make this recipe again for sure. Thank you!

0Hi! This recipe looks great but honestly there are so many ads and pop ups I really can’t get through the recipe. As a blogger myself, I suggest you try to get through this post on mobile. Your stuff is fantastic and sometimes we lose sight of this stuff. Check it out!
