Watermelon Pizza Recipe with Cream Cheese Icing (Sugar-free, Low Carb, Gluten-free)
This quick and easy watermelon pizza recipe with berries, and cream cheese icing makes a perfect healthy summer dessert. Ready in 10 minutes!

    • 3tbsp Cream cheese(softened, cut into cubes)
    • 3tbsp Heavy cream
    • 2tbsp Powdered erythritol(or any powdered or liquid sweetener; adjust to taste)
    • 4tsp Lemon juice
    • 1/2tsp Vanilla extract
    • 1round slice Watermelon(1″ thick)
    • 1/2cup Blueberries
    • 1/2cup Raspberries
    1. Blend the cream cheese, cream, powdered sweetener, lemon juice, and vanilla in a blender, until smooth. Adjust sweetener to taste.
    2. Drizzle, spread, or pipe the cream mixture over the watermelon slice. Top with berries. Cut into 8 slices.
