Keto Dinner Rolls Recipe

A low carb keto dinner roll recipe that's soft, buttery, and chewy!

‣ Active dry yeast  ‣ Water  ‣ Inulin powder ‣ Wholesome Yum  Blanched Almond Flour ‣ Baking powder ‣ Egg  ‣ Mozzarella cheese  ‣ Cream cheese  ‣ Sesame seeds

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Stir together the warm water and inulin. Stir in the yeast and set aside.

Pulse almond flour, baking powder, egg and proofed yeast in a food processor.

Heat shredded mozzarella and cream cheese in the microwave.

Add the cheeses to the food processor. Process to form dough.

Chill the dough in the fridge. Using oiled hands, form into a ball.

Cut dough into 8 sections, like a pie. Roll each section into a ball.

Place onto the lined baking sheet.  Repeat. Bake.
