Keto   Pecan Pie

Almond flour pie crust  Butter Besti Powdered  Monk Fruit Allulose Blend   

INGREDIENTS

Heavy cream Sea salt Maple extract Vanilla extract Egg Pecans

Make almond flour pie crust.

Heat butter and Besti in a large pan.

Add cream and salt. Simmer until bubbly.

Remove from heat. Add maple and vanilla extracts.

Whisk an egg, then stir into the caramel.

Place chopped pecans into the crust. Pour caramel on top, then add pecan halves.

Cover the edges of the pie crust with foil, leaving the center open.

Bake until dark brown, bubbly, and almost set, but still a little wet.

Cool completely to set. Chill for 1 hour before slicing.
