How To Make A Perfect Omelette

Whisk eggs, cream, salt and pepper.

STEP 1

Dice veggies: tomatoes, bell peppers, mushrooms, onions

STEP 2

Saute vegetables until soft and browned.

STEP 3

Add eggs to oiled skillet. As the edges of the egg start to set, use a spatula to gently push them towards the center of the pan. Repeat.

STEP 4

Turn off heat. Add veggies and cheese.

STEP 5

Fold the omelette and cover with a lid to let cheese melt.

STEP 6

Slide onto a plate and top with fanned avocado. Enjoy!
