Keto Butternut Squash Ravioli

Butternut squash  Garlic Olive oil Sea salt & pepper Besti Brown Sweetener Parmesan cheese Mozzarella cheese

INGREDIENTS

Wholesome Yum  Blanched Almond Flour Eggs Xanthan gum Butter  Garlic  Sage & thyme

Toss the squash and whole garlic cloves with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Roast for 20-25 minutes.

In a food processor, pulse the almond flour and egg, until uniform.

Add melted mozzarella and process to form dough. Add xanthan gum and process again.

Puree cooked squash, garlic, parmesan, and Besti Brown in the food processor.

Roll the dough into a thin rectangle between 2 pieces of parchment paper.

Scoop filling in rows onto the dough, top with second half of the dough, then seal and cut apart.

Simmer ravioli for 3 minutes.
