Season chicken  with salt and pepper.

STEP 1

Sear on the stovetop.

STEP 2

Saute garlic and shallots.

STEP 3

Add cooking wine & broth. Deglaze the pan.

STEP 4

Stir in butter and herbs.

STEP 5

Spoon sauce over chicken.
