Last Month’s Wholesome Yum Challenge
Last month, we made Keto Coffee Creamer.
Readers were so happy to have not only one, but five brand new creamers to try in their coffee and tea! Megan said:
“I just made this for the first time. Wow! It is delicious! Thank you! I am a tea drinker and have never used creamer in my tea – just milk or cream. Who knew what I was missing. This makes my black tea taste so good. And, it is very easy to make. As you mention, a little prep goes a long way. Yum!”
Thank you for making my recipe part of your month!

0This was sooooo easy and sooooo delicious. It uses ingredients that I already had on hand so no special trip to the store. Even my husband liked it too and he’s not always liked the “healthy” desserts. I am definitely making this again. I am so happy that Maya created this recipe. It truly satisfies that sweet craving.

0This cheesecake is one of the easiest I’ve ever made and is incredibly YUM! I was out of Pumpkin Pie Spice so I referred back to a pumpkin pie recipe I use and added my own spices including cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and a bit of keto brown sugar. This cheesecake will replace the pumpkin pie I usually make at Thanksgiving!
A couple ideas: I am going to add a touch of cinnamon and your brown sugar to the crust to boost the overall taste of the cheesecake.
