Free Printable: Low Carb & Keto Food List
Get It NowWell, summer just flew right by! As much as I love summer, I am so excited for all fall has to bring, especially all the delicious recipes! So for this month’s Wholesome Yum Challenge, we are trying out my coffee creamer recipe.
My favorite part about this new recipe is that there are five different flavors to choose from. Including, I’m sure you guessed it already…pumpkin spice!
They are incredibly easy to make, and easy enough to get you to skip your favorite store-bought creamer. Make the best homemade coffee drinks ever! 😉

Last Month’s Wholesome Yum Challenge
Last month, we made Keto Ice Cream.
Readers were so happy to have a new go-to keto ice cream and even added their own flavors! Renata said:
“What I look forward to all day. Added Kirsh, pistachio extract and caramel so far. Love it.”
Thank you for making my recipe part of your month!
