Keto Croutons Recipe
You'd never guess that these are keto croutons, with just 1.2g net carbs per serving! These low carb croutons are crispy, golden, and perfectly seasoned.

Make white keto bread according to instructions on the keto bread mix package, using avocado oil instead of butter. Cool completely.
Slice cooled bread into 3/4 inch cubes.
Add bread cubes to a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle Italian seasoning, garlic powder, sea salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
Spread the seasoned bread cubes on the prepared baking sheet, making sure there is space between them, and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Allow croutons to sit overnight, uncovered, before serving.
Serving size: 1/4 cup of croutons
