Easy Sugar-free Popsicles Recipe: Blueberry Lemon Popsicles

- 1 1/2 cup Blueberries
- 1/3 cup Besti Powdered Monk Fruit Allulose Blend (or any powdered sweetener - to taste)
- 1/4 cup Lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Full-fat coconut cream
Puree all ingredients in a blender. Taste and adjust sweetener as desired.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Freeze for about 4 hours, until solid.
Serving size: 1 popsicle
