Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1/3 cup Besti Powdered Monk Fruit Allulose Blend (or any powdered sweetener - to taste)
  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Full-fat coconut cream

Instructions

  1. Puree all ingredients in a blender. Taste and adjust sweetener as desired.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Freeze for about 4 hours, until solid.
