- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Wholesome Yum Coconut Flour
- 1 tbsp Golden flax seed meal
- 1/2 tbsp Hemp seeds
- 1 tsp Sunflower seeds (shelled)
- 1/2 tsp Sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 large Egg
- 1 tbsp Unsweetened coconut milk beverage (or any milk of choice)
- 1 pinch Sea salt
Melt the butter in a 4-ounce (118 mL) ramekin.
Stir in the remaining ingredients. Keep stirring and pressing with the back of a spoon until the batter is fully incorporated and thick enough to be spreadable. Flatten and smooth the top with the back of the spoon. (You can top with more seeds if desired - this is optional.)
Microwave cooking method: Microwave for 90 seconds, until set and spring-y on top.
Oven cooking method: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (177 degrees C). Bake for about 15 minutes, until set and spring-y on top.
Run a knife along the edge and flip over a plate or paper towel to release. Slice into 3 slices.
