Decide on what low carb pasta substitute you're going to use. Will you make a homemade low carb pasta? Or choose a store-bought option? (See my list of keto pasta alternatives above!)

Prepare your keto pasta noodles using a spiralizer or mandoline if you are using vegetables for your noodles, or use your favorite recipe for low carb pasta made from a dough (see the post above for recipe ideas for noodles).
