- 3 6-inch Cucumbers (sliced into 1/4 inch slices)
- 1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Besti Powdered Monk Fruit Allulose Blend
- 1/4 cup Fresh dill (stems removed)
- 3 cloves Garlic (cut in half lengthwise)
- 1 tsp Sea salt
- 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp Black peppercorns
In a pint-sized mason jar, combine the cucumbers, dill, and garlic cloves.
In a small saucepan, simmer vinegar, water, Besti, salt, red pepper flakes, and peppercorns for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and allow mixture to cool to room temperature.
Pour cooled mixture into the mason jar, leaving 1/2-inch at the top. Cover and shake a few times to distribute flavors.
Place mixture in refrigerator for 24-48 hours. Shake the jar before serving.
Serving size: 1/4 cup or 6 slices
