In a pint-sized mason jar, combine the cucumbers, dill, and garlic cloves.

In a small saucepan, simmer vinegar, water, Besti, salt, red pepper flakes, and peppercorns for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and allow mixture to cool to room temperature.

Pour cooled mixture into the mason jar, leaving 1/2-inch at the top. Cover and shake a few times to distribute flavors.

Place mixture in refrigerator for 24-48 hours. Shake the jar before serving.
