Easy Salmon Lox

Assemble Lox Ingredients: Salmon Fillet, Fresh Dill, Sea Salt, and White Pepper.

STEP 1

Rinse and pat dry salmon.

STEP 2

Cover lox generously with seasonings.

STEP 3

Wrap tightly in two separate layers of plastic wrap.

STEP 4

Add weight by adding a smaller baking dish and canned food tins to the top. Let cure for 12 hours.

STEP 5

Drain excess liquid, then flip and cure for 12 more hours. Rinse cured salmon and refrigerate overnight.

Slice salmon lox thinly and evenly with a sharp knife.
