0As a low carb lifestyle I will use the corn starch but only 1/2 teaspoon is all I ever need. So it still works for me at 3.5 net carbs. I barely get 15 a day and have trouble getting them in. I have tried the other substitutes and it always changes the taste. So, I will gladly still use corn starch but add it to my carb count. Thank you for the information. I truly appreciate it.

0I can make a huge meat and vegetable stir fry with just one tablespoon of cornstarch that makes all the difference in the world….and comes in at just 7 grams of carbohydrate….with four good size servings that amounts under 2 grams carb per serving extra….and makes it something I actually want to eat….and allows low carb to be a lifestyle for me for the rest of my life….glad I figured this out and weight maintenance stays the same!
